1. **Return Window**: You may initiate a return within 10 days of receiving your artwork. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

2. **Inspection Process**: All returned artwork will be inspected upon receipt. To qualify for a refund, the artwork must be in its original condition, free from damage.

3. **Refund Issuance**: Once your return is processed and the artwork is inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
